Born and raised in northwest Indiana on my family’s grain and cattle farm, I’ve always had a deep love for agriculture and the lifestyle it brings. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Agricultural Sales and Marketing, I moved to Tipton, Indiana, where I pursued my passion for the industry by working on the marketing team for a family-owned seed company.

After spending countless hours in my boyfriend’s pig barn and always walking out smelling like pigs, I taught myself how to make candles (after plenty of trial and error), and with encouragement from those around me, I decided to share them with the world. And the best part? All that time in the pig barn paid off—because that boyfriend is now my husband.....and we still spend plenty of time in the pig barn, because that is where the candle barn is.
